Our turnaround time is typically 1 to 2 weeks and may be longer during the holiday season.

Due to all products being made to order there are NO REFUNDS, If there are any issues with your product when received please send us a message and we will see what we can do to fix any issues. 

Keep in mind actual colors may slightly vary due to the screen color calibrations. Product will have burn marks on the back that arent visible from the front due to the laser process of cutting.
